ON RAMP OR FASTRACK

We offer two simple ways to get started, depending on your experience and confidence.

Fast Track

If you’re ready to jump straight into classes, Fast Track is the quickest way in.
You’ll complete one 1-to-1 session with a coach to cover key movements and how classes run, then you’re straight into group training.
Best for: those keen to get started quickly or with prior training experience.

On-Ramp

For a more structured introduction, our On-Ramp includes 5 x 1-to-1 sessions.
We’ll break down movements, build your confidence, and prepare you properly before stepping into classes.
Best for: beginners or anyone wanting a more gradual start.

MEMBERSHIPS

We keep things simple with two membership options, depending on how often you want to train.

Full: £22.50 per week

Unlimited training with full access to all classes and open gym (best for those training 3+ times per week).

Basic: £20.00 per week

Up to 12 sessions every 4 weeks (best for those training 2-3 times per week).

All Memberships include:

• Access to all classes
• Open gym use
• Regular goal reviews with a coach
• Full access to our training app (book sessions, track progress, message coaches)

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks with NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS

ALREADY DO CROSSFIT?

If you’re coming from another CrossFit gym, you can join straight onto a membership with NO ONBOARDING required.
