✨Saturday Partner Workout✨ Saturdays at GB are great fun, we now run our Olympic weightlifting class at 8am before the main ‘Saturday Hustle’ workout at 9am. Our Saturday workout is always slightly longer with more if conditioning focus and always a partner workout.
