At CrossFit Greater Brislington, all members get goal-setting sessions as part of their membership. New members discuss their goals during the No Sweat Intro so we can create a plan to achieve them. Whether it’s lifting more, improving fitness, or just showing up consistently, goals keep you focused, motivated, and accountable.
