✨This Week at CrossFit GB✨
We have a great selection of workouts planned for the week ahead and I’m very much looking forward to seeing you guys smash them 😊.
In the strength department, we are having a bit of a de load week, unless you are new to the program in which case you will be testing your three rep maxes in preparation for the rest of the block.
MONDAY;
Back squats followed by a 13 minute AMRAP.

TUESDAY;
LongWod aka Cardio day.

WEDNESDAY;
Bench press followed by an amrap for quality.

THURSDAY;
Strict pull ups followed by moderate to high intervals.

FRIDAY;
Sumo Deadlifts followed by a 3 Rounder.

SATURDAY;
30 minute Parner Workout.
