✨Chosing a balanced fitness program✨
In this video I discuss the importance of having a well-rounded program that includes a balance of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. This is aimed mainly at people who want to be well rounded, look and feel healthy and find a program that they won't get bored of doing after a few weeks. If you are a specialist athlete training for a single event (Power Lifter, Marathon runner etc) then you may need to be a little more bias toward that discipline but even powerlifters need to do cardio and runners should be lifting (save that for another vid 😊).
