💪 Bank Holiday Burpee Challenge- Join Rory on His Final Day! From 19th–25th August, our very own Rory is taking on an epic challenge — 1,000 burpees every single day. Yes, you read that right. That’s 7,000 burpees in one week! He’s doing it to raise money for Pembe and Mandy in their quest to represent Great Britain at the Deaflympics in Japan next year. Unlike the Olympics and Paralympics, Deaflympians receive no government funding, so every donation helps these athletes get to the world stage. ✨How you can get involved: On Bank Holiday Monday 25th August, we’ll be joining Rory for his final 1,000 burpees right here at CrossFit Greater Brislington.
