Sarah Ashby (Membership Manager)
Sarah has been a long-standing member at CrossFit GB since 2011 and has since completed her CrossFit Level 1 as well as Level 1: British Weightlifting Assistant Club Coach. Since 2010, Sarah is also a Level 3 personal trainer and spinning instructor in her "spare time" outside of her office job.
As our Memberships and Enquiries Manager, Sarah will often be the person you have first contact with. You'll find her at the end of the emails, or in the gym lifting heavy(ish) weights! Whether you've done CrossFit before or not, Sarah really enjoys helping new people try out GB for the first time and getting them signed up for sessions, so please do drop her an email to get started (firstname.lastname@example.org)
