6 WEEK INTRODUCTORY COURSE
Our 6-week introduction to CrossFit course has been designed to ensure you get the best start on your CrossFit journey.
Once signed up we'll arrange your 1-2-1 personal training session. We'll cover the basics of some CrossFit movements, before finishing with a short workout.
You're then free to book onto up to 3 classes a week, via our booking system TeamUp. We'll take you through this during the sign-up process. The coach will know you're new to the gym and will ensure you feel welcome to each and every session.
When you attend a class you will be doing the Intro Workout which will be run in the same format as the regular class workout but some of the movements may be slightly different and the format may also differ slightly. These workouts are designed to ensure that you are able to build good solid foundations so that when you complete the Intro period you will be ready and have the confidence to be able to hit the regular class workouts.
You'll also receive a basic nutrition guide to use over the first 6 weeks, to help you understand how much and what types of foods are optimal for CrossFit. You'll receive weekly check-ins to discuss how you're getting on, how your nutrition plan is going and to ask any questions you've not yet had answered.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- You'll be terrible at some things, but great at others
