Guys next Sunday at 10am Raquel will be doing a seminar for Womans Health aimed at training and nutrition around the menstrual cycle. This is a very interesting topic and something that can sometimes get overlooked so I am very much looking forward to finding out more about this. You can book on teamup HERE and it will be FREE for members of the gym but will be £10 for any non members, so if you want to bring anyone along they will beed to book in via Teamup.
