HAPPY EASTER guys, I hope you're all enjoying the weekend and eating lots and lots of chocolate. Tomorrows class is going to be a sweat style session, just a nice blowout to burn off all those extra calories consumed so be sure not to get involved. Tuesdays session will not be a LONGWOD this week as we are basically doing one on Monday so will be, what would have been Monday's workout...don't want you guys missing out on all your gains. EASTER OPENING TIMES; FRIDAY (0800- 1100) Class at 0900 SATURDAY 'CELEBRATION DAY' (0800- 1100) Class at 0900 SUNDAY 'EASTER' Closed MONDAY (0800-1100) Class at 0900 Easter opening times are above, next Saturday is the celebration day at the gym, an opportunity for us to do a big team workout, and then hang out after for a chat and a bacon sarnie. You can bring friends and family down to take part also, so if you know anybody that fancies giving it a try then bring them along, the more the merrier (Just drop me a message with their name, email and phone number I can book them on). Weekly Bulletin- SAVE THE DATE!!

Outside The Box 5.0 will now take place on Sunday 15th May (not the 8th). We are doing Pen Y Fan again, for those that came to the last one, you might remember us all down on the floor taking shelter from the wind...it was hilarious!! The plan will be to meet at the gym for anyone sharing lifts at around 0800 and then head down to the Neuadd car park (postcode is CF48 2UT) , ready to go at 1000. Good morning team, I hope everybody is well. Next weekend they gym is hosting a CrossFit L1 Course so unfortunately will be unable to run our regular class schedule. We will however be running an early class on the Saturday at 0730am only, which I assure you, will be fun. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience the may cause. Good morning all, I hope everybody is having a lovely weekend. The time has come for a little mini celebration, Saturday 16th April (Bank holiday weekend), we are going to do a fun Saturday workout followed by bacon sarnies!! We want you to bring a friend or family member down to join in the workout also, there will be enough bacon for everyone so get involved. This years open has now come to an end, well done to everybody that took part, was great to see. This time next year I hope to see a lot more of you getting involved, I'm certainly planning on coming out of retirement for it, mainly because the workouts were awesome and its nice to have some focus, something to aim for, and with a years good training ahead, we've got plenty of time to prepare for it. Weekly Bulletin- SWEAT SESSIONS ARE BACK!!!

Good morning guys, I hope you are all well. From next week the Sunday sessions are going to be a little different, we will now be doing a Sweat Session at 0815 until 0900 and then a Learn To Lift session from 0900 to 1000 as we do now. I have made this change based on the feedback from you guys when I did the questionnaire last year, I am going to trial this out for a little while to see how it goes. Good morning team, I hope everybody is enjoying the weekend. Incase you missed last weeks Bulletin, the CrossFit Open starts this week with the first workout being released on Thursday evening. We will be programming the workout for Fridays class along with the regular catchup session that we do. Good morning team, I hope everybody is keeping well. Seems like a very long time since I've done a weekly bulletin, but it is great to be back.
