Good morning all, i hope everybody is feeling festive now that we are officially on the countdown to Crimbo. Hands down my favourite month of the year but I do notice peoples attendance drops a little so please, as difficult as it can be, try and keep some consistency in your training and don't undo all that hard work that you've been doing throughout the year. A quick reminder that if you haven't already you will need to get your xmas party tickets on teamup or by clicking HERE. I do need to let the venue know the exact amount so if you are planning on coming please get your ticket sooner rather than later.
