Good morning team, I hope everyone is well. Thank's to all those that took part in the comp yesterday and everyone that came down to support. Next Saturday is our Bring a Friend to class and this week it will be with coach Hayden. Let me know if you plan on bringing someone down and I can get them booked on. Great opportunity if you have any friends or family members that have been talking about it, to bring them down to give it a try. We don't program anything technical on these sessions, still tough workouts but nothing overly complicated. Get involved guys and I'll see you all in the gym.

Strict Pull ups + LONGWOD
Weightlifting- POWER SNATCH + SNATCH BALANCE

WEDNESDAY;
Bench Press (De-load) + INTERVALS

THURSDAY;
Deadlifts (De-load) + 3 RFT
Weightlifting- C/JERK + FRONT SQUATS

FRIDAY;
Catchup + EMOM 15

SATURDAY;
Bring a friend- TBA

SUNDAY;
Sweat- TBA
