Guys, next week is the Anniversary Throwdown at the gym. For those of you that aren't sure what that means, basically we are having a fun, in-house festival of workouts for everyone to get involved in (all abilities). It will be 3 workouts and a final for the top 3 teams, and it's just a really fun way of marking the 11 year anniversary of CrossFit GB. The plan is to get things going around 9am and be done and dusted by 12:30pm at the latest so you'll still have plenty of the day free. All workouts will be suitable for all abilities and the format will be same sex pairs. We have 12 teams signed up already but I want to hit 20 teams. If you would like to do it but don't have a partner, let me know and I'll pair you up with someone. I cant emphasise how much fun these little events are and I know it can be intimidating but sometimes you have to go out of your comfort zone and try these things to realise that they aren't as bad as you think they're going to be. Please show your support and get involved team and if you cant compete then come down for a coffee and cheer everyone on.
