Weekly Bulletin- TIMETABLE UPDATES.

Good morning team, as previously mentioned I will be making some tweaks to the timetable (all of which will be updated and visible via Boxmate and Teamup). Note, these changes are by no means permanent, but based on the survey results you all kindly filled in for me last week, class attendances that I have been monitoring, and just general feedback from talking to you guys. I will be re introducing the CrossFit Kids sessions after a longer than planned break and these will be on a Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm. All of these changes will come into affect from Monday 7th November and as previously mentioned, if it doesn't work out then we will simply re assess and amend as necessary. Have a great week guys, entering the final phase of our 12 week strength cycle and I am very much looking forward to seeing you guys smash it over the coming weeks.
