Good morning team, a quick update on the Sunday Sweat class. I have now opened this up to non members who can book on so if you know anybody that may like to join you for this session then they can book on via teamup. The sessions are every Sunday at 0815 and last 45 minutes. They are low skill circuit based sessions and a great way to burn off a few extra calories so if you're not already I highly recommend getting involved.
