Good morning team, I hope you guys are all enjoying the weekend. As always I have a great week of workouts planned for you all so try and make it in as often as you can. Just a quick reminder that Sunday's we do our Sweat sessions at 0815. It is a 45 minute class which focusses on just conditioning, nothing technical, nothing heavy just basic bodyweight / kettlebell movements combined with running, skipping, rowing etc. It's a great way to burn off a few calories without taxing the body too much for the week ahead. Come and give it a try....you'll love it.
