Good morning team, I hope you are all enjoying this lovely weekend? With it being a bank holiday we will just be doing the one class tomorrow, I am very excited as I do thoroughly enjoy a bank holiday blowout. This will act as our LongWod as we are going to be doing some testing throughout the week ready for the start of our 12 week strength cycle....exciting times. I am also excited to announce the arrival of our new benches at the gym which means I can start programming so more different movements in the classes, one in particular will be the Bench Press, which is a fantastic exercise for building upper body strength which is going to help you guys with things like press ups, dips etc. A great time to start getting back into some structure for those that have been struggling a little with consistency over the summer break.
