Good morning team, just to let you know that this months 'Bring a Friend' session will be on Saturday 27th August. You can still come if you don't bring anybody, I know a few people didn't attend last time because they thought they could only come if they had somebody with them, but that isn't the case, its a regular Saturday class that you can bring a buddy down to join you. If you do with to bring someone along, simply email crossfitgb.enquiries@gmail.com with their full name, email and phone number and we can get them booked on.
