Good morning team, I hope everybody is having a lovely weekend. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everybody that came down for the celebration day, it was a tough little workout but hopefully you and your friends all had a good time. I intend to start running the 'bring a friend' sessions once a month, as they are a good way to grow the community and for your friends and family to come and try out CrossFit and see what all the fuss is about. The next one will be on the Saturday 21st May, I will send out more info nearer the time.
