Good morning Team, I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. We've been back in the gym a few weeks now and it feels great, the atmosphere is awesome, everybody seems to be enjoying training and it really feels like a positive environment so thank you so much for that. One thing I do need to mention is parking. Please make sure you park either along the fence line or if not on the main road outside of the estate. There have been a few occasions where neighbours have had to come in mid workout and ask people to move cars so please don't park anywhere you shouldn't, look out for any signs and just…

So glad to be back up and running guys, was great to catch up with you all this week. I did a post earlier in the week about this, but please remember it has been a while for most of you since you last trained at a gym and for some trained in general. The countdown is well and truly underway and I am now in the process of getting the gym ready for the re-opening and have even started putting together for the first block of programming...its going to be fun that first week back! The CrossFit Open starts this week, the first workout is on Thursday and if you're lacking some motivation at the moment I highly recommend getting involved.
