Good morning guys, I hope you're all enjoying the weekend. Big week of training ahead, lots of tough (but fun) workouts planned. Quick reminder that next Sunday (14th) we have the rowing seminar with a Team GB Coach. This does mean that unfortunately the Weightlifting and Gymnastics will be cancelled but its a great opportunity to be taught the how to row correctly making life much easier as we do a lot of rowing!! There are 8 spaces left guys so if you want one be sure to book ASAP to avoid missing out. Good morning guys, I want to kick things off by congratulating everybody that took part in yesterday's comp. I would also like to give a big thanks to my amazing team of Judges, our photographers for snapping away all day, Sam Pitch for DJ'ing giving us the sickest tunes, Nick R for sorting out the marquee and everyone that came down to support, was a great day. Good afternoon guys, I hope you're all having a great weekend. A quick reminder that there will be no classes this Saturday as we are hosting a competition at the gym. If you are around come on down and have a watch, there are going to be some top athletes competing and GB have 4 teams who are going to be battling it out for that top spot. A quick reminder that Greg is doing Physiotherapy at the Box every Wednesday afternoon with appointments from 2:30pm - 7:30pm. Good afternoon guys, I hope you're all having a great weekend. Don't forget that with it being a Bank Holiday the gym will only be open from 10am until 1pm on Monday with a class at 10am only. A big well done to everybody that competed at the 'Three of a kind' team comp at Cheltenham last weekend, awesome efforts from all. I would also like to give a special congratulations to Mange who did his first Ironman Triathlon last weekend. If you're not familiar with Ironman it starts with a 2.2 mile Swim followed by 112 mile bike ride and then a 26.2 mile Run (marathon) to finish....its a challenge to say the least. …

Happy Sunday guys, I hope you're all having a great weekend. Big week of training ahead with some pretty epic workouts programmed. I did a video post last week about a noise complaint we've had. We've been asked to turn the music down a little bit, especially during working hours (9-5). If you're training during the day by all means have the music on but not to loud, especially if all the shutters are open. I've got a great week of training planned for you so you've got something to look forward to......the Long wod has to be a personal favourite.
