Good morning team, I hope you have all had a fantastic weekend so far. Earlier in the week I sent out the 5km running program to everyone that wanted it, if anybody didn't see the post or would like a copy then drop me a message and I'll send it over to you. With that if you want to arrange among yourselves to come and do the interval sessions using the 400m loop at the gym you may do as long as it's in accordance to government guidelines. Its getting very close to us hopefully getting the go ahead to open and I'm in the process of getting things in place for when we do. There…

Weekly Bulletin / Programming

Sunday 23rd February 2020

Good morning all, I hope you are all enjoying the weekend. Just a reminder that the comp is 5 weeks away (28th March) and I can confirm it will remain a pairs comp with the pairs being decided on the day. This is something that everyone can get involved in, there will be nothing technical or heavy in it (unless you make the final) but for the most it will be three workouts testing all the different elements of what we do daily and then the top 3 teams will go into a final. It will start at 9am and the plan is to be done by 1pm but I will confirm all the details a little…

Weekly Bulletin / Programming

Sunday 16th February 2020

I have been finalising the plans for the 'Four Waterfalls Walk' this Sunday. We will be meeting at the Cwm Porth car park Ystradfeltte (Nearest Post code CF44 9JF) at 10am. I believe the car park is around £4 per car and is cash only so make sure you have some change with you. The route I have found is 6 miles but apparently there is a slightly longer one which is around 7/8 miles so we may do that. There are a few stops along the way and a nice pub nearby (New Inn Pub) if anybody wants a drink after. Should be done and dusted by around 2 pm and then can head…
