Just to let you guys know what we are now able to relax things a little at the gym in accordance to government guidelines but only if you guys feel comfortable doing so. A few very important updates for you following on from the newsletter I sent out earlier in the week (if you didn't receive it let me know). I have attached the key points which have been explained further in the newsletter all of which will take affect from tomorrow (Monday 17th). Good morning team, I hope everyone is well. I wanted to let you guys know that one of our members Phil will be doing a Marathon Row (42,195m) on Friday the 28th of May at the gym in order to raise money and awareness for the charity Versus Arthritis. His close friend Faye (pictured above) was diagnosed with an inflammatory type of Arthritis in 2019 at only 24 years of age. Her condition limits her ability to perform daily physical activities which many of us often take for granted. Good morning GB'ers, I hope everyone is enjoying the bank holiday weekend. I have a very fun workout planned for tomorrow for those of you attending and I can confirm their will be running and a lot of use of a Dumbbell so be prepared. I did a post earlier in the week about this, but please remember it has been a while for most of you since you last trained at a gym and for some trained in general.
