Good morning team, I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. Thank you to everybody that attended the 10 Year Anniversary Wod last Sunday, gutted I couldn't take part but as I'm sure you noticed my face looked like an odd shaped balloon, having just had a wisdom tooth removed. I will however rope somebody into doing it with me when my face returns to normal so anybody that missed out and wants to give it a bash, let me know.
I am making a small changes to the programming template, something I've thought about for a while and have decided to trial out. From now on, every Tuesday will be LongWod (with the Learn To Lift sessions later in the evening) but instead of just doing a really long workout I am going to be programming the first 10-15 mins working on a gymnastics skill before doing the Wod. There will still be a rotation of days for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and then the Catchup session (which has gone down really well) will remain on Fridays.
I take great pride in the programming for the gym, many other gyms pay companies for generic affiliate programs but for me the programming is a reflection of the gym and on me, and if you guys are putting your trust in me to get you results then its down to me to do the research and use my 20 years experience in training to ensure you are getting the best possible programming available. If anybody has any questions about the programming please contact me and I'll happily discuss it with you.....I quite enjoy talking about it ;)
