Good morning guys I hope everybody is having a lovely weekend. So far we have 8 teams confirmed for the competition in November which is amazing. I know there have been some questions about standard whether or not you you're fit enough to take part and following on from my post in the week this isn't the CrossFit Games. We wont be asking you to run marathons or overhead squat your bodyweight for 50 reps. This is an inclusive competition (with regards to technicality) and the workouts will be tough but they wont be really heavy or overly complicated as we want to encourage as many people as possible to take part. There will be three workouts and then a final and anybody that has been at the gym doing classes and has a reasonable level of fitness will be absolutely fine. It is a great chance to give you something to train for and I guarantee anyone that takes part will love it, these comps are great fun. If you are keen to get involved but don't have a partner drop me a message and I can find somebody for you.
