Good morning guys, I hope you are all doing well. We will be re-introducing our CrossFit Kids program starting from Thursday 9th September at 4:15pm. These sessions will be for kids aged 7 to 12 years and will be run in blocks to coincide with the school terms. There are only 15 spaces available for the first block so if you want to book on email me at email@example.com and I'll send you the link (it will be first come first serve).
This session will be replacing the regular 4:30pm CrossFit class on a Thursday during term time so I do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but if you would like to discuss this further please feel free to contact me.
