Good morning guys, I hope you are all well. I'm sure you are all aware that from tomorrow the government are easing restrictions within the uk but that doesn't mean that its back to normal we go. Regardless of what is said, my number one priority is to keep Covid out of the gym so please don't expect any drastic changes. This is a positive step and I feel its been a long time coming but I don't want to jump the gun to quickly and certainly do not want to go into another lockdown. There will be small changes that will occur over the coming weeks / months and I will obviously keep you posted on said changes but for now keep booking in, keep turning up and training hard and I will see you all next week.
