Good morning team, I am very pleased to announce a new edition to the coaching team. Some of you may have already seen Raquel in some of the classes this week but I am pleased to say you will be seeing a lot more of her. Raquel has been in the fitness industry for a very long time and has been involved in coaching and training CrossFit for 10 years. She is also a Personal trainer aswell as a nutrition and weight management expert so be sure to speak to her if you need any advice.
