Good morning guys, just to let you know from next week we will be increasing the class sizes by one person taking it from twelve to thirteen. This isn't a big increase but should make things a little easier getting onto those busier sessions. This will come into affect from next week.

I put a post in the members group about bringing back CrossFit Kids sessions. It will be once a week to start with and depending how popular they are we may look in to increase this in the future. I will send out more information this coming week so if you're interested keep an eye out and let anybody you know who has kids and may be interested to get in touch.
