Good morning guys, I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. A few very important updates for you following on from the newsletter I sent out earlier in the week (if you didn't receive it let me know). I have attached the key points which have been explained further in the newsletter all of which will take affect from tomorrow (Monday 17th). Please note that everything we are doing is to ensure you guys are able to train and attend sessions fairly and to try and prevent people from booking sessions and either not attending or cancelling last minute preventing others from training;
CLASS BOOKINGS / CANCELLATIONS;
There will be a £5 charge for any late cancellations or no shows to every session regardless of whether the session is full or not with all the money raised going back into the gym towards new equipment, gym socials etc.
The late cancellation period is set to 3 hours before the class is due to start allowing enough notice to fill that spot if there is a waiting list. There is also a nightly blackout between 10pm and 6am meaning any cancellations during this period wont contribute towards the three hours eg. for a 6am class booking you would have to cancel before 7pm the night before (3 hours before the blackout) or it would be considered a late cancel.
There is a maximum of 4 people allowed to train in Open gym at any one time.
You have a 1 hour time slot and you must be finished and have your kit cleaned and put away within that hour.
You may not book on a class space to use open gym or vice versa, if there are no available space on open gym you have to chose another time or if you book on to the class you do the class.
The Open gym has been divided into quarters and you must stay within your space for the duration of your session. You are not to encroach on the class space or any other workspace regardless of whether somebody is using it or not.
No shows or late cancellations will incur a £5 charge as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
