Good morning team, I hope everyone is well. I wanted to let you guys know that one of our members Phil will be doing a Marathon Row (42,195m) on Friday the 28th of May at the gym in order to raise money and awareness for the charity Versus Arthritis. His close friend Faye (pictured above) was diagnosed with an inflammatory type of Arthritis in 2019 at only 24 years of age. Her condition limits her ability to perform daily physical activities which many of us often take for granted. So if you are around on this date then please pop down to show your support, I will post the timings the week before and may also set up a rower next to him if anyone wants to jump on and row with him for a bit.
