Good morning GB'ers, I hope everyone is enjoying the bank holiday weekend. I have a very fun workout planned for tomorrow for those of you attending and I can confirm their will be running and a lot of use of a Dumbbell so be prepared.
I mentioned to some of you guys during the week about getting hold of a diary and recording your workouts. We tend to always try to build on previous weeks and although we are going to start recording scores and posting them in the group its very useful to have your own record and its great at the end of the year to be able look back and see how you have progressed. Also its good if we repeat workouts you have a score to compare it to....very beneficial tool and costs just a few quid.
I have attached the programming for the week so you know what's coming. Enjoy the rest of the weekend and I'll look forward to seeing you all in the gym.
