So glad to be back up and running guys, was great to catch up with you all this week. I did a post earlier in the week about this, but please remember it has been a while for most of you since you last trained at a gym and for some trained in general. With that in mind I ask that you don't set your expectations too high, we need to build back up gradually or all that will end up happening is you'll be disappointed in your performance because you have put too much pressure on yourself or worst case scenario you will end up picking up an injury through trying to push yourself too hard. Please be sensible, we will do our best to advise you but it is important you listen to your body, you eat well and recover well and most of all enjoy the process and enjoy being back in the gym doing what you love.
