After what feels like a lifetime we are open for business from tomorrow!!! Its been a very long time coming but I want to thank all of you that have supported us through this lockdown and made it possible for us to be re opening, you are all amazing and I am buzzing to get you guys back in training.

It has been a while so I thought it best to remind you guys of the booking process. You must ensure you have booked your sessions in advance via Teamup. You may book sessions up to one week in advance, except for weightlifting sessions which you may only book two days in advance. There is a late cancellation period which is three hours before the session is due to start. If you cancel after this period (or fail to attend) this will still be counted against your membership usage limits, you will not receive a refund and If this is a Learn to Lift class or Weekend class this will also incur a late charge fee of £5.

When you do come to the gym it is important that you remain outside, preferably in your cars until everybody from the class before you has left the building and the coach has invited you in. There are strict measure in place for when you enter the building, place all your belongings in the cubby holes on entrance and make your way to your working area which will be clearly marked. At the end of the workout all the equipment will be sprayed down and wiped down before you put it away and you will be expected to sanitise your hands on entry and exit of the building. Like you guys, I really don't want to go into another lockdown so I will be doing everything I can to ensure they gym is a safe place for you to train and we don't have to close again.
