Good morning guys, I hope everybody is well. I want to kick things off by thanking you guys for your continued support throughout this lockdown. Its not over yet but there is light at the end of the tunnel and 12th April is looking like the go date so I just need you guys to hang in there for a little bit longer, keep smashing the home workouts and before you know it we will be back training in the gym.

For those of you crazy cats that started the 5000 Burpee challenge back in Jan, we are now on day 49 which means tomorrow is the last day!! Amazing job to all of you that have seen this challenge through. Tomorrows HomeWod will be the same workout we did on day 1 to mark the end of this amazing challenge and for everyone that completed this challenge you will be getting a special T shirt made when we re-open.

Don't forget that tomorrow we are starting day 1 of the lifestyle habit checker which you should have received via email earlier in the week (if you didnt, let me know and I will forward it to you). This is something a little bit different to the regular gym / fitness programs you may be following but something that is just as important, if not more. Establishing good habits and minimising the bad ones is so important and has an effect on every aspect of our lives. Apologies to keep using this quote but "The quality of our lives often depends on the quality of our habits" (James Clear), this is so true, so please get involved and I guarantee you this will have a very positive affect on your day.
