It is the first bulletin of 2021!! Happy new year guys I hope you all enjoyed your Xmas / New Year break, I know there were a lot of restrictions but was still nice to have some downtime and recharge ready for 2021!!

Attached below is the plan for the first week back, got some exciting workouts planned alongside some strength work that we are going to be doing so lets make sure you start the year as you mean to go one, regular training, eating well and trying to maintain some good structure in your life to not only improve your physical state but also your mental state.

Hopefully I will see you all at some point this week so enjoy the rest of the weekend and look forward to a big week at the gym.
