Good morning all, I hope everyone is doing ok after our first few days of this hopefully mini lockdown. First few HomeWods were good fun, I hope you all enjoyed the 7 minutes of Burpees workout, remember we are retesting that at the end. Try and get involved in the online classes if you can guys, they really are good fun and although its not the same as being in a regular class its as good as its going to get for the next few weeks and Its also a great way to ensure you do the session each day. In my opinion getting through theses lockdowns is all about keeping structure and some form of routine going, things like trying to eat at around the same times each day, ensure you're going to bed and getting up at the same time, making your bed every morning are just a few things that can make a big difference and stop you going crazy during lockdowns. The most important thing is to make sure you're getting some kid of interaction with a friend or family member outside of your household daily. This is allowed and I highly recommend you take advantage, even if just going for a walk for half an hour with a friend, it can be hard for people on their own so if you have friends or family check in with them and make sure they are ok.
Anyway, enjoy the rest of the weekend, Ellie's mobility session is later this morning at 0900 so get involved if you can and try not too miss any homewods next week, I'v got some belters planned ;)
