Good morning guys, I hope you are all feeling fit and well and looking forward to training next week. For those that missed the video update I put in the group, I need for you all to make sure you don't park in front of next doors unit, he's a bit funny about it so just make sure you park along the fence line please guys.
Next weekend on Saturday and Sunday there will be no Open Gym from 11am-12pm unfortunately. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes but if you would like to get in before the classes start you may do so using the key safe. Drop me a message and I can send you the details.
Kit order has gone through and should be with us soon, I tried the hoodies and they're a really nice fit and good quality so looking forward to seeing them all printed up and the sweatshirts are the ones we've had on the last few orders which are great quality.
After de loading from our strength work last week we're back on it this week starting the second phase of this strength cycle and then we also have our rowing intervals on Friday mornings.
Don't forget its the CrossFit Games weekend so if you need some inspiration you can still catch the last day (from 6pm tonight). Enjoy the rest of the weekend and I'll see you soon.
