Good morning guys, as per the email I sent out on Thursday there will now be charges in place for those that cancel after the cancellation period for Learn To Lift classes (Tuesday and Sunday) and CrossFit classes on a Saturday. This was a last resort for me but unfortunately people are still cancelling last minute when there is a waiting list not giving people on that list time to get there. The cancellation period will be set at 3 hours before the class is due to start but there will be a nightly blackout between 10pm and 6am during which you wont be able to cancel. This means that if the class is due to start at or before 9am you have to cancel before 10pm the day before but if it is an evening class you have to cancel 3 hours before it is due to start. This is just for Weightlifting classes and weekend classes for now but if it continues happening much more during the week at regular classes then we may make it for everything (hopefully it wont come to that). As I said, I'm sorry to have to do this but with class numbers being limited its not fair that people are missing out and unable to attend because of late cancellations, I hope you can understand.

We are trialling an early session on a Saturday at 8am as sessions are very busy so hopefully we can get a few more of you in for the Saturday Hustle. These sessions are live on Teamup now and will be going throughout October. We will look at the results and if they are popular we will make them a permanent addition to the program going forward.

Also, we have one space left for the British Weightlifting Masterclass on Sunday the 25th October. It starts at 3:30pm and finishes at 7:30pm. The cost is usually £100 but we have one spot available for just £75 so if you'd like to get involved let me know. It is aimed at people new to weightlifting looking to improve on their technique.
