Good morning guys I hope you are all well. I am excited to announce that our squat racks are now here so we can now start putting in some more strength work into the programming to compliment your conditioning work. We've been doing a lot of higher rep work so please don't try and go too heavy to quickly, there will be strict tempos prescribed so be sure to stick to them and always leave a bit in the tank.
I need to ask a big favour, it's really important that when you come to train that you bring a towel with you. The cloths provided are for cleaning the equipment only, you are to bring a towel to use during your workouts and to wipe up any sweat at the end. I bought five quick dry towels on amazon for £6, thats one for every day I train so please make sure you have one with you at all times.
