Good morning fellow gym goers, i hope you are all doing well and enjoying the weekend. We have a lot of new faces in the gym, some of which may be reading this for the first time so I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you. Its great to have new members joining our community, without being biased but it is a great place to train and we have awesome people here so I'm sure you wont have any problems making friends.
All the pull up bars are now up so each station is now full equipped and I am over the moon with how the classes are running. Although we have reduced the sessions to 45 minutes it hasn't affected how much we are able to get done because everything is organised and everyone knows where they need to be so it takes away that time we would have previously spent trying to organise everything....I love it!!
I have attached the programming plan for the week and I have some pretty epic workouts planned so do take advantage and get involved in as many as you can.
