Good morning GB'ers I hope you are all enjoying this lovely weekend. I have attached the plan for the week below for you all to see but before we get to that I need to ask you all not to block book sessions if there is any chance you may not be able to attend. It's still happening that a session can be down as full and then when it comes to it only six or seven attend and because they left it late to cancel it was too short notice for anyone else to book on. I appreciate there will be the odd occasion when something crops up and you have to cancel late but don't block book on the off-chance you can attend, especially on the weekends as its not fair for others who can come but weren't able to book on. If it continues I will have to consider removing the ability to book seven days prior and change it so you can only book one or two days before. I may even set it to charge for late cancellations as I'm pretty confident that would sort it but hopefully it wont get to that so please be respectful of other people wanting to train.
