Good morning guys, would like to start by thanking everybody who came along last week to the outside the box golden cap hike. Was an amazing day and Im really looking forward to the next one. We have recently been informed that from Tuesday there is going to be some work being done on the road outside the front of the gym (shaded in pink). Morning guys, I hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday weekend. I'm sure you've all seen the newsletter by now (if not click HERE), it really does feel like we're getting back to some kind of normality again and I'm loving it. Just to let you guys know what we are now able to relax things a little at the gym in accordance to government guidelines but only if you guys feel comfortable doing so. A few very important updates for you following on from the newsletter I sent out earlier in the week (if you didn't receive it let me know). I wanted to let you guys know that one of our members Phil will be doing a Marathon Row (42,195m) on Friday the 28th of May at the gym in order to raise money and awareness for the charity Versus Arthritis. His close friend Faye (pictured above) was diagnosed with an inflammatory type of Arthritis in 2019 at only 24 years of age. Her condition limits her ability to perform daily physical activities which many of us often take for granted. Good morning GB'ers, I hope everyone is enjoying the bank holiday weekend. I have a very fun workout planned for tomorrow for those of you attending and I can confirm their will be running and a lot of use of a Dumbbell so be prepared.
