The countdown is well and truly underway and I am now in the process of getting the gym ready for the re-opening and have even started putting together for the first block of programming...its going to be fun that first week back! The CrossFit Open starts this week, the first workout is on Thursday and if you're lacking some motivation at the moment I highly recommend getting involved. Good morning guys, I hope everybody is well. I want to kick things off by thanking you guys for your continued support throughout this lockdown. Its not over yet but there is light at the end of the tunnel and 12th April is looking like the go date so I just need you guys to hang in there for a little bit longer, keep smashing the home workouts and before you know it we will be back training in the gym. Good morning guys, I hope everybody is keeping well. I'm sure most of you are aware that Boris is due to make his announcement tomorrow so fingers crossed we get some good news and at best a date or rough timeframe for when we might open. Good morning team, I hope you are all doing well. I had a very interesting conversation with UK CrossFit rep last week and he was very optimistic that the gyms in the UK will be amongst the first to re-open when the lockdown ends as they have already announced they will be doing in Wales (hence the pic). This is very promising for us and I think the british government is seeing the importance gyms play in peoples lives and are recognising us as essential which we are! It could just be me being overly optimistic but I don't think this will go on for too much longer and we will be back in the gym very soon…

Good morning team, I hope you guys are all doing well. We have started Lockdown 3.0, most of you have kit and are hopefully all able to do the daily HomeWod that I program.
