Good morning all, I hope everybody is doing ok. I imagine there may be a few sore heads after the social yesterday, it was great fun though and thanks to everybody that attended. Next one will be the Christmas Social!! Just a reminder that we have the competition with Fort Ashton coming up in November, currently have 12 confirmed teams which is great but have 3 left so if you're keen to do it then let me know. Guys, I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. Just a quick reminder that next week we will be having our first Social in a long time. There will be a Team Wod in the morning and then in the afternoon food, drinks and fun times at the gym. Good morning team, I hope everyone is enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend. Just a reminder that tomorrow the gym will be open from 8am to 11am with classes at 8, 9 and 10am. We will be doing a typical bank holiday style workout in the form of one of our CrossFit Benchmark Wod's so make sure you don't miss it, its a fun one. Good morning guys I hope everybody is having a lovely weekend. So far we have 8 teams confirmed for the competition in November which is amazing. I know there have been some questions about standard whether or not you you're fit enough to take part and following on from my post in the week this isn't the CrossFit Games. We wont be asking you to run marathons or overhead squat your bodyweight for 50 reps. This is an inclusive competition (with regards to technicality) and the workouts will be tough but they wont be really heavy or overly complicated as we want to encourage as many people as possible to take part. Good morning guys, I hope you are all doing well. We will be re-introducing our CrossFit Kids program starting from Thursday 9th September at 4:15pm. These sessions will be for kids aged 7 to 12 years and will be run in blocks to coincide with the school terms. Good morning guys, the time has come for you to grab yourself a partner and get training for the inhouse comp in November. For those that aren't aware, on Saturday 13th November we will be hosting a competition with CrossFit Fort Ashton. It will be a same sex pairs comp and each box will be allowed 15 teams to enter each. the plan is to do three workouts and then a final so should be done and dusted by 1pm. Good morning guys, I hope you are all well. I'm sure you are all aware that from tomorrow the government are easing restrictions within the uk but that doesn't mean that its back to normal we go. Regardless of what is said, my number one priority is to keep Covid out of the gym so please don't expect any drastic changes. Good morning team, I am very pleased to announce a new edition to the coaching team. Some of you may have already seen Raquel in some of the classes this week but I am pleased to say you will be seeing a lot more of her.
