Good morning guys, I hope you are all doing well. We will be re-introducing our CrossFit Kids program starting from Thursday 9th September at 4:15pm. These sessions will be for kids aged 7 to 12 years and will be run in blocks to coincide with the school terms. There are only 15 spaces available for the first block so if you want to book on email me at crossfitgreaterbrislington@gmail.com and I'll send you the link (it will be first come first serve). Good morning guys, the time has come for you to grab yourself a partner and get training for the inhouse comp in November. For those that aren't aware, on Saturday 13th November we will be hosting a competition with CrossFit Fort Ashton. It will be a same sex pairs comp and each box will be allowed 15 teams to enter each. the plan is to do three workouts and then a final so should be done and dusted by 1pm. Good morning guys, I hope you are all well. I'm sure you are all aware that from tomorrow the government are easing restrictions within the uk but that doesn't mean that its back to normal we go. Regardless of what is said, my number one priority is to keep Covid out of the gym so please don't expect any drastic changes. This is a positive step and I feel its been a long time coming but I don't want to jump the gun to quickly and certainly do not want to go into another lockdown. Good morning team, I am very pleased to announce a new edition to the coaching team. Some of you may have already seen Raquel in some of the classes this week but I am pleased to say you will be seeing a lot more of her. Raquel has been in the fitness industry for a very long time and has been involved in coaching and training CrossFit for 10 years. Good morning guys, just to let you know from next week we will be increasing the class sizes by one person taking it from twelve to thirteen. This isn't a big increase but should make things a little easier getting onto those busier sessions. This will come into affect from next week. I put a post in the members group about bringing back CrossFit Kids sessions. It will be once a week to start with and depending how popular they are we may look in to increase this in the future. Weekly Bulletin- Calisthenics Workshop Info

Next Sunday (4th July) we will be hosting a Gymnastics workshop for all abilities run by Sami Bousri (Nirvana Movement). The workshop will start at 12:00pm and finish at 3:30pm and will cost just Β£30 for GB members!! He will be covering everything from mobility to Pull up / muscle up progressions, Levers, Hand balance and Core. When you sign up you will also receive a goody bag with some Nocco drinks and protein bars aswell as well as a big discount on all of his other calisthenics courses / workshops that he runs. Good morning guys, would like to start by thanking everybody who came along last week to the outside the box golden cap hike. Was an amazing day and Im really looking forward to the next one. Morning guys, I hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday weekend.
