Good morning all, I hope everyone is doing ok after our first few days of this hopefully mini lockdown. First few HomeWods were good fun, I hope you all enjoyed the 7 minutes of Burpees workout, remember we are retesting that at the end. Try and get involved in the online classes if you can guys, they really are good fun and although its not the same as being in a regular class its as good as its going to get for the next few weeks and Its also a great way to ensure you do the session each day. Im sure you have all heard the news by now, from Thursday we will be having another lockdown which is not ideal but fortunately after the last lockdown we know exactly what to do and will continue to provide a service for you guys as we did last time so you can carry on training from home. Good morning guys, as per the email I sent out on Thursday there will now be charges in place for those that cancel after the cancellation period for Learn To Lift classes (Tuesday and Sunday) and CrossFit classes on a Saturday. This was a last resort for me but unfortunately people are still cancelling last minute when there is a waiting list not giving people on that list time to get there. The cancellation period will be set at 3 hours before the class is due to start but there will be a nightly blackout between 10pm and 6am during which you wont be able to cancel. I am excited to announce that our squat racks are now here so we can now start putting in some more strength work into the programming to compliment your conditioning work. We've been doing a lot of higher rep work so please don't try and go too heavy to quickly, there will be strict tempos prescribed so be sure to stick to them and always leave a bit in the tank. Good morning guys, I hope you all had a lovely relaxing weekend and are ready for another big week of training. Going forward there will be no more HomeWod programming, I said I would continue it through August but now we're back open properly there is no reason for people to not come and train at the gym.
