I am very excited going into 2022, I have lots of plans for the gym and thanks to you guys for all the feedback you provided in the survey, i have a good indication of what it is you want. I hope everybody have a lovely Xmas. You may have seen my post earlier in the week but my 12 Week Kickstart Challenge is now available to sign up to on Team Up. The purpose of the challenge is to give you the best possible start to 2022, establish some good training / lifestyle habits early on that hopefully you can carry on throughout the year and give you a goal / something to aim for in the new year. Good morning all, a quick reminder that next week is the gyms Xmas social, we will be doing the 12 Days of Xmas workout in the morning, followed by the gym awards and mince pies and then the Xmas Party later in the evening from 7:30pm at Alterego in town. Good morning team, I hope every body is getting into that festive spirit now we're are on the countdown to Xmas. Doing things a little differently this year, I plan to do the awards at the gym in the morning as I think this works better and then in the evening we can all relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you to everybody that attended the 10 Year Anniversary Wod last Sunday, gutted I couldn't take part but as I'm sure you noticed my face looked like an odd shaped balloon, having just had a wisdom tooth removed. Weekly Bulletin- 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!

10 Years ago today CrossFit GB was established. For those that don't know we started in a small unit on the same estate we are on now (See pic), and then 7 years ago we moved over!! Thanks to the amazing members both past and present we are still helping people get fitter and stronger everyday and hope to continue doing so for another 10 years. Good morning guys, I am pleased to announce that next week we will be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of CrossFit GB, so on Sunday 21st we will be doing an anniversary workout followed by birthday cake. I want to try and get as many people down as possible, there will be no learn to lift that day just a massive team workout at 0900hrs. We finally have a date for the Xmas Party!! Saturday the 18th we will be having our Xmas Social with the '12 Days Of Xmas' workout in the morning and then the Xmas party at Alterego in town on the evening.
