Good morning GB'ers, I hope you're all having great weekends. All the Gym kits is now in from the Printers and it looks awesome. If you ordered anything you will need to purchase the item via the teamup store before collection. We do have some spares also so if you missed out, anything thats hung up on the rail is available. I am very excited for this weekend guys, the Summer social is finally here!! I have an epic wod planned for the morning and then we have Bambalam booked out for the evening so hopefully the weather is nice so we can sit outside, even if its not we'll still have a great night. As we do every year for the Summer social the gym will be CLOSED on the Sunday so absolutely no excuses not to come. Good morning GB'ers. Would like to kick things off by thanking everybody that brought a friend over for the 'Bring a friend' sesh yesterday, was a tough workout but hopefully will see some of them again. The summer social is confirmed and booked in for Saturday 17th August. We had a great response so hopefully there will be lots of us out. We have booked an area at Bambalam from 7pm and there may be a few of us out a little earlier if anybody's interested. Good morning GB'ers. This weekend we will be doing a 'Bring a friend day', you don't have to book your friend in just rock up, they'll sign the waiver and then thats your partner for the session. Its going to be a fun Wod guys so be sure not to miss it. You may have noticed I have replaced some of the old wall balls, to try and preserve the life of them can I please ask that you try not to just let the balls drop straight to the floor when doing wall ball. Good morning GB'ers, I am doing a 'Bring a Friend' day on Saturday 13th July. It will be a typical Saturday Partner Wod and you will obviously be working with your friend. There is no booking required, I'll simply ask your friend to sign a waiver on arrival and then they're good to go. Good morning GB'ers hope I hope all is well. I've been getting asked a lot recently about signing out the key and using the gym on the weekend when we are closed. Unfortunately this is not permitted as there is no coach coming in after you. You may use the key to train first thing Monday to Friday in the morning before classes start or during the day between 12:00pm and 3:30pm when the gym is closed. I am looking to organise a mini in-house competition or Challenge Wod sometime in August with a summer social in the afternoon / evening.
